Has anyone else had problems with this business's ethics. Nearly two years ago, I gave them an $850 racing class deposit without any conditions by them about non-refundability nor cancellation fees, and due to a personal disaster had to cancel less than a month later, but at least two weeks or more before the course. My brother in Tulsa attended anyway, and was told I'd get a refund — never happened in spite of MANY phone calls, letters and an attorney's call.
Have they cheated anyone else? If so, how did you get your money back? Or weren't you able?
I hate lawyers and suits, but dishonesty and sleazy business like these guys have should not by tolerated.
