 Post subject: August 24th 1980 Golden State International Raceway

I found this program for this race I went to when I was 12. Neil Bonnett and Buddy Baker showed up to rip the transmissions out of there racecars. Buddy Baker hit everything. Neil wasn't much better. Those two Kinda manhandled them. Hershel McGriff was old even then. WOW. I think Ernie Ervin won but I forgot. Would like to know. Any stats for this race. It was a fun day . Many tire barriers then. Went in 2001 also for Cup race. Love the area. Grew up in Fairfield.
