2008 SCCA GCR -- Section 3.5 -- Supplementary Regulations and Entry Forms

In 3.5.1.H, supps are no longer required to have the names of all members of the SOM, only the Chairman. As supps listing things like "all available SITs" as committee members are not uncommon, this is effectively ratification of common practice.
In 3.5.6, the old section F requiring a medical information card as part of the entry form goes away.
