Historical Note

A 1/2 mile dirt oval operated at the fairgrounds from around 1953 through 1973. The 1/4 mile dirt oval opened in 1989, operating through 1992. It reopened in 1996. The track has also operated as Golden State Raceway and Westside Speedway.
