New Smyrna Speedway

New Smyrna Speedway is a 1/2 mile high banked oval located near Daytona International Speedway. There is also a 1/20 mile paved oval, "Little New Smyrna Speedway" for quarter midgets and possibly karts.

Historical Note

The track opened in 1965 as a 1/2 mile dirt oval. It was paved the following year.

The track has also operated under the name Daytona Raceway.
