Hawkeye Raceway was a complex consisting of a 1/3 mile high-banked dirt oval, a 1/5 mile semi-banked dirt oval, and a 1/10 mile paved oval, and a 200' mud drag pit. The facility was located west of Blue Grass, Iowa.

The track opened in 1963 as a 1/4 mile dirt oval. It was not particularly successful, and operated in fits and starts over the next 20 years. Under new owners, the track was extensively renovated and expanded to 1/3 mile, reopening in 1982. The track closed in 2005. The owners cited excessive insurance costs as the reason for closing.
