Historical Note

The dragstrip opened around 1974. A 1/4 mile dirt oval operated from 1975 through 1982. The track has previously operated as Edinburg Dragway, Big Valley Dragway, Edinburg Speedway, Edinburg International Racetrack, Edinburg Raceway, and International Racetrack.
