Rocky Mountain National Speedway

Rocky Mountain National Speedway was a 3/8 mile dirt oval located near Commerce City, Colorado. The track was located just north of Second Creek Raceway.

Historical Note

Built on the site of the old Mile High Dragway.

The track opened in 1982, and closed at the end of the 2005 season when the town revoked its use permit. Some sources claimed the sale to developers occurred in 2004.
