The Car Guys School is based in Rockville Maryland, and offers High Performance Driving Schools in the South East, Mid Atlantic, and North East.
The 1997 Car Guys schedule includes events at Virginia International Raceway, Lowe's Motor Speedway, Watkins Glen International and Summit Point.
The Car Guys model is based on the long standing and very successful pattern of Porsche Club of America and BMW Car Club of America schools. Students supply their own cars, in good mechanical condition. Instructors ride with the students, providing direct input about the student's skills. There is also extensive classroom time.
Prices for Car Guys events vary from track to track. Most Car Guys events are 2 days, but there are occasional 1 day events. 2004 pricing runs from $475 for two days at Watkins Glen to $675 for 2 days at VIR. Call Car Guys or check their web page for more detailed information.
