Cedar County Raceway

Cedar County Raceway is a 1/4 mile high banked dirt oval located on the Cedar County Fairgrounds on the west side of Tipton, Iowa.

Historical Note

A 1/2 mile dirt oval was used here from 1948 through 1954. The current 1/4 mile dirt oval was used briefly in 1942, and then from 1954 to 1978 and from 1981 to the present.

The track has also operated as Tipton Speedway and Tipton International Speedway.
