Quad-Cities International Raceway Park
was to be a complex consisting of a 1.5 Mile oval and a 2 mile road course, located near Joslin in western Illinois (this is near the quad city area of Moline, Rock Island, Davenport IA, and Bettendorf IA.) Ground breaking was planned for the Fall of 1996 with plans for a full schedule of oval track racing in 1998.
The facility was not built.
