Route 66 Raceway

Route 66 Raceway a complex consisting of a 1/4 mile NHRA drag strip and a 1/2 mile dirt oval near Joliet, IL. It opened in May 1988. Subsequently, Chicagoland Speedway was built on the same site, adjacent to the Route 66 facility, to host paved oval events.
