Sooner International Speedway was a 1/2 mile paved oval located north of Altus, Oklahoma. The track was located across US 283 from the current Altus Speedway. The pavement appears to be intact today.

One race ran on a 1/4 mile dirt oval in early 1983. The 1/2 mile paved oval opened on April 17th, 1983, running through 1984. The track operated in 1987, and from 1992 through 2000.
