Tri-City Speedway is a 4/10 mile dirt oval located 6 miles north of Franklin, Pennsylvania on State Road 417.

The track opened in 1954 as a 1/4 mile dirt oval, and operated in this fashion until 1968. It reopened as a 1/2 mile oval for 1969, and operated until 1981. After several years off, the track ran again in 1986 and 1987. It resumed operation as a 4/10 mile track in 1996. It has previously operated as Franklin Speedway.
