Charleston Motorsports Club

Charleston Motorsports Club is a proposed country club style road course to be developed on the site of the old Midway Dragway. Artist renderings show the track will use the old dragstrip as part of the pit straight and it appears the drag strip itself will no longer be used that way.

Historical Note

Midway Dragstrip opened to the public in August 2000. The name changed to Midway Dragway in 2007. The facilty appears to have shut down in 2014. It appears the new owners purchased the property with the intent of building Charleston Motorsports Club.
